Returns Policy
Merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and within (15) fifteen days after we provide you the return instructions. Please contact us prior to returning any product(s). We will provide you return instructions. Please follow the return instructions to return any product purchased from our company. Unwanted returns will be issued a full refund less shipping charges and a 15% restock fee. The 15% restock fee will be waived for defective or damaged products only. Refunds will be issued after the return has been received and inspected by our Returns Manager. Refunds will be credited back to the account that was used to make the original payment.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products (such as NTSC players, over sized items) cannot be shipped to international destinations.
